The Challenge
Harmon & Associates, a personal injury law firm, had a website that hadn't been updated in five years. It was slow, didn't work well on mobile, and failed to communicate the firm's expertise and track record clearly.

Conversion-Focused Design — We designed a new site with a prominent click-to-call button in the header, case result highlights above the fold, attorney photos and credentials prominently featured, and consultation booking forms on every practice area page.
Trust Signal Integration — We incorporated client testimonials, Google review scores, bar associations, case result examples, and attorney recognition badges throughout the site.
Mobile Optimization — The new site was designed mobile-first and loads in under 2 seconds on mobile devices.
Local SEO Foundation — We implemented proper title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup for legal services, and created location-specific content.
